It all began on a trip to Siena, Italy when Top Chef: Season 5 Fan Favorite, Fabio Viviani, returned to his native country with Luke Stoioff and David Rekhson, founders of Chicago-based restaurant group, DineAmic Hospitality. It was there, as they dined at a local bar called “La Taverna”, that the concept for Siena Tavern was born. The open kitchen, vintage decor, and energetic ambiance was the perfect authentic inspiration they traveled to find.
The 10,000 square foot space bridges old world comfort and hospitality with a contemporary menu and design. Siena Tavern's 200-person dining room, spacious Oval Bar and intimate private dining options have cemented the restaurant as a River North staple in Chicago's energetic dining & nightlife scene.view gallery
